The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a pleasant stay. The hotel felt a bit tired with some damp smells. Breakfast choices were limited but decent, and the staff were friendly. A good stay, though for nightlife you’ll need to walk a bit to Candolim.

The standard double room is airy and has a dining area, a kitchenette, and a larder. The breakfast variety is savoury with various options available and various juice drinks, for instance, amazing service.

The resort is beautifully situated near the beach with fine gardens that enhance the ambiance. The staff is attentive and helpful.
Taxis can be challenging to secure without a personal vehicle, and the food options lack diversity, especially during peak seasons.

Great beach access.
I was appalled when my family members were barred from visiting my room. I paid a hefty price for my stay, and to be treated like a child is utterly ridiculous. It's a resort, not a prison. This rule.

Santana Beach Resort has a fantastic location right next to the beach. I loved that there's easy access to the market, and the resort's gardens are meticulously maintained. My room was spacious and had a balcony, perfect for drying beach towels. The breakfast spread was a good mix of Indian and continental options, ensuring I started each day right.
Could use more dining options.

Request a room with a balcony for a relaxing view and fresh air, especially after a beach day.

Highly recommend for families
The staff was friendly and helpful even during busy times and they found me a room for an early check-in and a late checkout. One of the highlights was the wonderful interaction with a barman, can't remember his name, but he had a great music playlist and were great.
It wasn't exactly cheap but it was acceptable for the experience provided.

The lush gardens and well-maintained pathways made it easy for me to navigate around the resort. The serene ambiance was calming, and the proximity to the beach allowed for good sunset strolls.
More accessible dining options would be beneficial.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of nightlife and close to the beach. The swimming pool area is excellent, and we loved the swim-up bar. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we celebrated a birthday with a complimentary cake! Wi-Fi access ends at 11 PM, and room service stops at 10:30 PM, inconvenient. There could also be more vegetarian options on the menu.

great location but limited early check-in
The location is perfect for beach lovers, just a short stroll away. The staff proved to be helpful, assisting us in organizing a surprise birthday dinner for our child. Our suite was cleaned daily, always providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The garden view from our room enhanced the experience , giving a serene start to each day.
Check-in is not earlier than 1 PM, which can be inconvenient for those arriving early, especially during peak season.
